Production Analyst

The Production Analyst will  play an integral part in the success of the deployment of new features and products in a fast growing product development organization. This role will be influential to the decision making process for deployment and execution of features.



  • Assist in pre-deployment analysis of features and expected KPI changes Engage in troubleshooting & reproduction of software issues 
  • Engage in troubleshooting & reproduction of software issues and communicate daily Product updates on feature and bug progress from the Tech team
  • Provide impact analysis of client issues to determine priority of overall benefit of issue resolution
  • Translate user issues into actionable steps for resolution by a product development team 
  • Work closely with major stakeholders - Product Management, Engineering Leads and Business Leaders to create KPIs for the Product team and identify areas for future focus and measure success of deployed product initiatives
  • Interact with internal software users and customer facing operations in a support, training or documentation capacity
  • Second line support to our Customers



  • 1+ years of experience in a data-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline preferred)
  • Experience using software to extract, analyze, organize and communicate data to support decision making
  • SQL/API/HTML familiarity preferred
  • Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Easily able to grasp and retain new knowledge
  • Self-motivated and independent worker who can thrive in a fast paced environment
