PartnerOps Analyst

Fulcrum seeks a highly-motivated individual with experience in technology or market research to join the team as a PartnerOps Analyst. Working with suppliers requires both patience and initiative. The PartnerOps Analyst will need to work closely with colleagues to train new Fulcrum users and motivate partners to engage more proactively with the Fulcrum Exchange. This role will combine account management and technical service. The ideal candidate is as comfortable with intensive data analysis as with leading a phone call with senior leaders from partner firms.


  • Onboard and train Fulcrum suppliers on Fulcrum best practices
  • Troubleshooting projects for both buyers and sellers to enhance system conversion metrics
  • Articulate Fulcrum policies and drive adoption of new product development
  • Communicate knowledgeably to both internal and external stakeholders about our business model and the dynamics of the Fulcrum Exchange
  • Analyze and interpret Fulcrum data to help participants deliver more volume and transact more efficiently

The day-to-day work of the PartnerOps Analyst will initially consist of the following:

  • Data analysis and report preparation
  • Training new partners on Fulcrum and increasing adoption of new features by existing clients
  • Identifying and qualifying potential new partners
  • Troubleshooting problem projects and soliciting suppliers to collaborate on difficult studies
  • Taking on new things as they come in a fast-paced team environment


  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 1 year or more of work experience
  • Some background, experience, or passion for economics, technology, or social research
  • Excel proficiency and particular experience with pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative attitude and an affinity for working in fast-paced, challenging environment
