Fulcrum seeks a highly-motivated individual with applied experience in a client service role for research or technology to join the team as an Account Manager. In addition to motivating individual partners to engage more proactively with the Fulcrum Exchange, the PartnerOps Account Manager will need to work closely with teammates to improve, standardize, and scale processes and policies for all partners. This role will combine account management and technical service. The ideal candidate is as comfortable with data analysis as with leading a conference call with senior executives and has some background in account management, technology, and/or research.
