PartnerOps Manager

Fulcrum seeks a highly-motivated individual with applied experience in a client service role for research or technology to join the team as an Account Manager. In addition to motivating individual partners to engage more proactively with the Fulcrum Exchange, the PartnerOps Account Manager will need to work closely with teammates to improve, standardize, and scale processes and policies for all partners. This role will combine account management and technical service. The ideal candidate is as comfortable with data analysis as with leading a conference call with senior executives and has some background in account management, technology, and/or research.


  • Grow an account management discipline within the PartnerOps team
  • Standardize and scale policies and procedures around onboarding and training new partners, dispute resolution, and growth
  • Develop and achieve measurable goals for individual accounts
  • Communicate knowledgeably to stakeholders about our product, new developments, our business model, and the dynamics of the Fulcrum Exchange
  • Analyze and interpret Fulcrum data to help participants sell more and sell more efficiently
  • Proliferate best practices throughout the team

The day-to-day work of the PartnerOps Account Manager will initially consist of the following:

  • Data analysis and report preparation
  • Leading calls to train new users on Fulcrum basics,  increase adoption of new features, and communicate the strategic dynamics of the marketplace
  • Taking on new things as they come


  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 5 years or more of work experience
  • Excel proficiency and particular experience with pivot tables and advanced formulas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative attitude and an affinity for working in fast-paced, challenging environment
