Fulcrum seeks a highly-motivated individual with experience in technology or market research to join the team as a PartnerOps Analyst. Working with suppliers requires both patience and initiative. The PartnerOps Analyst will need to work closely with colleagues to train new Fulcrum users and motivate partners to engage more proactively with the Fulcrum Exchange. This role will combine account management and technical service. The ideal candidate is as comfortable with intensive data analysis as with leading a phone call with senior leaders from partner firms.
