Technical Analyst

Due to continued growth, Fulcrum, Lucid's SaaS business, is looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Technical Operations (TechOps) team. The TechOps team provides software support for our buyers and suppliers in addition to coordinating on product development and implementation.

This position will support clients in multiple time zones and industries and will require the flexibility to work long hours.


  • Provide top-notch support for Fulcrum SaaS users
  • Collaborate with teams throughout Lucid to implement strategic technical solutions to day-to-day challenges
  • Provide guidance and support to customers integrating with Fulcrum's API suite as well as to internal teams
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues in a professional and timely fashion
  • Identify, test, and log bugs for resolution
  • Understand customer requirements and translate those needs into actionable improvements to the Fulcrum software platform
  • Take in customer feedback regarding the platform and translate that into actionable improvements
  • Create and review technical documentation


  • Bachelor's degree. (Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline preferred)
  • 1+ Years Work technical experience preferred (SaaS and tech support experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with programming concepts, SQL, and API frameworks preferred 
  • Basic understanding of modern software tools and databases
  • Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods 
  • Self-motivated and independent worker who can thrive in a fast paced environment
