Client Success Manager - London

The Client Success Manager is responsible for successful onboarding and continued engagement of Fulcrum clients.  In this client-facing role, the Client Success Manager relationships with new users and works closely with Business Development to cultivate client relationships and the client’s use of Fulcrum. Daily responsibilities include answering support desk requests, running technology pilots, identifying and implementing training of existing accounts, leading the onboarding process, and account analysis through reporting and project checking. The Client Success Manager will be the first point of contact for Europe based Fulcrum accounts.

Candidates should be organized, assertive, and capable of delivering tangible results in a fast paced and creative environment. The Client Success Manager must be a self-starter who possess a strong sense of detail and willingness to become an expert of Lucid Products including the Fulcrum Platform, Federated Sample Services, and the Proof technology. The success of the candidate will be dependent on their ability to work on a small, growing team that works remotely from the US Operations team. The role may support clients in multiple time zones and industries, which will require flexibility, along with occasional travel.


  • Work closely with clients to increase their use of the Lucid suite of products
  • Support the sales process through pilot project management and initial analysis
  • Develop a working knowledge of software integrations for certain clients
  • Pro-actively troubleshoot and propose actionable solutions and training sessions
  • Answer support desk requests and project level client concerns
  • Actively participate in Fulcrum, Federated, and Proof weekly meetings and monthly account reviews
  • Develop a full understanding of the company, the market research and advertising industries and how Lucid Technologies can solve client challenges 


  • Degree holder, Business/Economics/Social Science/Sociology/Statistics preferred
  • Market Research industry experience strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of work experience with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and clients under tight deadlines
  • High Proficiency in Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
  • Disciplined work ethic - self-motivated and detail oriented mindset focused on achieving revenue goals
  • Desire to be part of a fast growing London start-up
  • Fluency in multiple languages a plus
